Lonestar Charitable Foundation’s 26th Annual Wise County Toy Run will be held Sunday December 7, 2025 at the Wise County Old Settlers Reunion Grounds at Joe Wheeler Park in Decatur, Texas. With the addition of the new Pavilion in June, 2025 and the completion of the 144th year of the Old “Settlers Reunion which honors those who settled Wise County, it was a HUGE honor for them to offer this facility to us! The Wise County Toy Run has become a big part of the Wise County Community and something everyone looks forward to each year by kicking off the Christmas Season with Parade Style Ride with Santa through the Decatur Town Square and Downtown Bridgeport and back to Joe Wheeler Park for the Festivities all day Sunday from 9am to 4pm. There is something for everyone to enjoy a fun filled day with the kids and family while helping the children! Live Music, Bike Show, prizes, auction, 50/50 drawing, great food and more.
Our Mission continues to make sure that our kids do not go without experiencing the love and joy of Christmas and by helping kids and families throughout the year that are affected by things such as house fires, loss of homes, family violence, medical situations and other needs. We are eternally grateful for our Partnerships, Sponsors and Donors that help make our Mission Complete each year by stepping in and standing up for the children in our communities to make a positive difference in their lives and those around them.
The Wise County Toy Run attracts people from all over Texas and other states, attracting Motorcycle riders, Jeeps and Street Rods from all over averaging over 1500 motorcycles, hundreds of Jeeps, Street Rods and an average of over 2500 people each year and we are not stopping there. With the help and support of our partners like yourself, we can affect more kids in our schools and help more families throughout the year. With all that is going on in the world, our kids and families need our help and support more than ever. The Lonestar Charitable Foundation is working to meet that need, but we Cannot do it without Your Support.

Platinum - Title Sponsor | $8,500
- Your Company and Logo will be named as our Title Sponsor on our Lonestar Charitable Foundation Website & Wise Toy Run Website as well as our Social Media pages and run until May 2025.
- Your Company will be named as our Title Sponsor on all Interviews, Articles or Radio spots done for the Wise County Toy Run for 2025.
- Your Company Banners will be placed at the Entrance of Joe Wheeler Park and at the stage, we will also display your logo throughout the Wise County Toy Run area.

- Company and Logo will be named as a Presenting sponsor on our Lonestar Charitable Foundation & Wise Toy Run Website and our Social Media pages until April 2026.

SILVER Level Sponsor | $2,500 - $3,500
- Your Company and Logo will be named as a sponsor on our Lonestar Charitable Foundation Website and the Wise Toy Run Website and our Social Media pages until January, 2026.
- Up to Two of Your Company Banners will be displayed during the 2025 Wise County Toy Run

Bronze Level Sponsor | $1,500 - $2,000
- Your Company and Logo will be named as a sponsor on our Lonestar Charitable Foundation Website and the Wise Toy Run Website during the events.
- One Company Banner will be displayed during the 2025 Wise County Toy Run.
- Your Company Name/Logo smaller under the 3rd Tier Sponsors on the back of the T-Shirts and Hoodies for the Wise County Toy Run.
$1,000 Level Sponsor
- Your Company Name on the back of the T-Shirts and Hoodies for the Wise County Toy Run.
- A Company Banner will be displayed at Wise County Toy Run.
$500 Level Sponsor
- Your company name included on the back of the official commemorative Wise County Toy Run T-shirts and Hoodie.
Building Sponsor
We are seeking an approximately 2,500 to 3,000 square foot church facility or warehouse to use for sorting and distributing toys. The need is temporary, lasting for about three weeks—from the last week of November until just before Christmas.
DOOR PRIZE Sponsor
Large & Small. Sponsors who wish can donate a combination of a monetary gift and prizes or food items for the chili, fixins, canned drinks, bottled water, coffee, cups, bowls, plastic ware etc. for the Toy Run please let us know what you can do.
Monthly Sponsor
We need your help on a Monthly Basis! If you are interested in Partnering with us, your Partnership would help us to help others throughout the year. We will work with you to put together a custom package to suite your need!
Sponsor instructions
PLEASE NOTE: IF you are wanting your name on the back of this year’s Toy Run T-shirt or hoodie in order to get the T-Shirts printed in a Timely manner, we need SPONSOR DONATIONS AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE due to all the Supply Chain delays. Donations MUST BE RECIEVED BY OCTOBER 15th, 2025 AT THE LATEST. This deadline guarantees the sponsor’s information on the shirt. All donations received after the deadline will be accepted gladly, however publishing the sponsors information cannot be guaranteed.
Please include your company information or logo along with your sponsorship level and company check or credit card information.
Banners for display should be provided by the sponsoring company or organization being promoted.
